We are extremely pleased to again be supporting Welsh MX rider Adam Sterry for the coming 2023 season. Adam secured 4th overall in the 2022 German national series, rounding off the championship with a podium position in the final round. Adam will again be riding for the German KtmSarholzracing team in both the German ADAC series & selected MXGP world rounds. All the best to Adam & the team.
When a customer lost their consumable tooling supplier, we stepped in to produce drawings & manufacture a whole range of bend tool consumables, enabling them to seamlessly continue with volume production, all in a very tight timescale.
It’s been a while since our last post due to how busy we have been. Here’s an automotive gauge made to a tight deadline 100% designed, manufactured & inspected in house.
We have just finished the onsite commissioning of the second of a pair of hot plate weld machines for the healthcare sector. This one is a twin head, dual station machine with digital control.
We are pleased to deliver the first of 2 machines for a new customer in the healthcare sector. Both are multiple station hot plate welding machines with digital control.
We’re at the commissioning stage of an “EV Battery Cooling Plate” test rig. The test rig is used for longevity pressure pulse & flow testing of battery cooling plates which keep an EV’s battery cool when rapid charging. Client confidentiality prevents us from showing a product under test as this is primarily a development tool.
Back to business from our last post. One of the 9 machines we have under build. We have recently incorporated an intelligent multi position fixture into a Teca-Print pad printer. Thanks to Powerlink Electrical Services for integrating the control system of the fixture into the Tec-Print.

ADAMS PROGRESS THIS YEAR HAS BEEN EVIDENT WITH HIM POSTING THE FASTEST QUALIFYING TIME IN THE LAST ROUND OF GERMAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. HE THEN FINISHED 2ND & FIFITH RESPECTIVELY IN SUNDAYS RACING.
ADAM RODE IN AN OPEN MOTOCROSS AT RHAYADER ON THE 1ST OF JUNE & WITH A STRONG ENTRY IN THE EXPERT /PRO CLASS AGAIN POSTED THE FASTEST QUALIFYING TIME AND FINISH 1-1-2 FOR THE OVERALL WIN.
THIS WEEKEND, 11-12 JUNE ADAM IS RIDING IN THE PREMIER MX1 CLASS OF THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN GERMANY – WE WISH HIM & TEAM SARHOLZ EVERY SUCCESS
Just finished & trialled parts in a pair of robot weld fixtures for a premium UK hybrid SUV manufacturer.
Following on from producing a 3d printed fixture with some minor mods we manufactured this 5 station fixture in stainless steel.

We’ve just finished another bespoke fixture for our friends at Orangebox.
It’s basically a manually operated piercing tool for a foam seat base.
The fixture eliminated the need for sharp hand tools & potential safety issues.
We are extremely pleased to play a small part in supporting Welsh Motocross rider Adam Sterry in this seasons campaign. Adam was 2019 British MX2 Champion & the same year was part of the 3 man UK Team achieving third overall in the World Team Championship. Last year Adam finished third overall in the UK premier MX1 class and is looking to build on that success. For 2022 Adam will be riding for the German Sarholz racing team, we wish him & the team every success.
We are just completing a machine refurbishment & modification.
Client confidentiality prevents us from showing overall pictures but we’ve been approved to show this work.
During a recent machine refurbishment we wanted to protect a guide shaft & bearing from its harsh working environment. A tight lead time meant we couldn’t wait for a custom bellows to be made, so we put our 3d printer to use again & made our own.
A very busy start to the year! Five suites of robot weld tooling and an EV battery cooler plate test rig. We’ll post more photos when complete.

To prove function and ergonomics we’ve produced a 3D printed fixture proposal. With some minor mods we are ready to start series manufacture of five fixtures.
We have completed expanding our premises into the adjoining unit. This allows us better defined work areas. We now have a dedicated inspection room, build area and workshop.
