The team at CES all wish you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 2024 has been another year of steady growth. A warm thank you to our customers old and new.
We round the year off with a completion of two “intelligent” assembly and test stations for the automotive sector. In addition to these we are at the final commissioning stage of an EV battery cooler plate CNC finishing machine.
To ensure that our OEM customer supplies finished product to specification, we’ve designed and manufactured a pair of intelligent assembly stations. Here we’re at the build and dimensional verification stage - We’ll post the finished cell shortly.
Not exactly our usual work but, to assist our customer in developing their production process we matched a number of 1mm acrylic rods with a 0.3mm bore. As they say in the building trade there’s no job too big or too small - Our next post is a large one.
As the year ends we look back at the steady growth of 2024. We’ve just completed three machines for the manufacture of insulated tubing used in air source heat pumps. Designed & manufactured in house.
We are thrilled again to support Adam Sterry as he plans a full assault on the 2025 British Motocross Championship & European GP’s.
Adam will be riding for the Chambers Racing Team. Here he shakes on the deal with the team manager Mike Hathway.

We are pleased to have a full order book from various industries. Here is a suite of cutting fixtures for the medical sector designed and manufactured in house in stainless steel & anodised aluminium.
The fixtures have improved productivity & cut quality whilst the fully enclosed surgical blade has eliminated any safety issues.
It’s been a very busy few months but it was good to be visited by our sponsored rider Adam Sterry. We are again supporting Adam for the 2024 season, Adam is riding for the Schmicker Racing Team in the German national championships & European rounds of the world championship.
In the latest round of the German National championship Adam has gone from 4th to 2nd overall in the standings.

The first quarter of 2024 has been a very busy time, seeing the completion of 2 suites of robot weld tooling, designed, manufactured, commissioned & delivered on time.
Another month comes to an end with a variety of work including a neat little fixture for a new customer in the medical sector. Many thanks to all our customers for their continued support.
In our addition to suites in robot weld tooling we are equally at home designing and manufacturing component checking gauges. Here is a hydro-form pipe attribute checking gauge with manually operated centralising collet and a CMM holding fixture for consistent workpiece presentation.
We’ve just entered the build stage for two suites of robot weld tooling for a premium U.K. SUV manufacturer all designed and manufactured in house. We’ll post more images when the build is complete.
The workshop team has quickly got to grips with our new Sodi-Tech wire eroder. Thanks to Sodi-Tech for the three day training at Warwick
Our supported rider Adam Sterry had a great result over the weekend winning the overall in the German national championship with a 1-3-2 over the 3 motos. This is Adam’s first overall for the year & moves him to 2nd in the championship. It’s a very busy few weeks ahead riding the 3rd round in Denmark on the 27th & 28th of May then the final round of the Dutch championship on Monday 29th. & travelling to the UK on the 30th, if you want to catch him in the UK he’ll be riding a national evening meeting at Rhayader the next day – 31st

We’ve just finished another set of exhaust pipe bend gauge modules for a high end U.K. SUV manufacture. The modular design provides cost and space savings where certain features are common and other such as pipe ends vary. 100% designed, manufactured and inspected in house.
