Who Are We?
CES was formed in 2018 but its roots go back to 2007, when its holding company Brecon Designs Ltd was started to provide creative bespoke solutions to the South Wales manufacturing sector. After two years Brecon Designs Ltd expanded its operation to undertake the manufacture of its own designs. CES now employs 13 staff at its design & build facility just off the heads of the valleys. Its disciplines cover design, manufacture, inspection and automation. (Please refer to our areas of practice list for full details.)
Our aim.
Our aim is to build lasting relationships by working with integrity to provide cost effective solutions. Our belief is that this will provide mutual security for both parties.
Areas of Practice
Design Department
Our design department consists of three full time designers and one junior Using Autodest Inventor. We believe our strength is in providing creative economic solutions to customer requirements.
Automation
Our varied design experience and in-house capabilities allows to offer intelligent fixtures and tooling. For special purpose machines we can use the service of our neighbour Powerlink Electrical Services.
Inspection
To prove the integrity of our work we have invested in our inspection facilities which is complimented by an 8” and a 4” Faro Prime arms. Each with its own Faro CAM2 software.
Workshop
Our respectably equipped workshop is set up to manufacture our in-house designs but can be equally at home manufacturing to customer supplied drawings.
